In late 2004, Mike O'Hara and Anthony Bencivenga of Expulsive Incision, got the idea to create a brutal death metal side-project. At the time the band was named "Antic Cross". Antic Cross tried to release an album under that name, but it just wasn't successful. They recorded about 40 or 50 songs together, and never found a way to release it.

Later, and through many name changes including "Expulsive Incision", Splattered Entrails is formed. Through member changes and name changes and even style changes, which is very odd, Splattered Entrails is growing in the underground death metal/goregrind world. After numerous releases and appearances on compilations, Splattered Entrails' are really creating a name for themselves. Their debut full-length release, "Carnivorous Parasitic Infection" (a.k.a. - C.P.I.) on Scream-A-Long Records, was relatively, a big release. Many people had managed to get their hands on it, to let Splattered Entrails' deafening drum machine do blast beats on their ear drums.

Many more releases are expected of these sickos, so stay tuned, stay sick, and be prepared to let Splattered Entrails totally rape your world of sonic perception.
